In every second of your life, God is guiding and communicating with you. God always responds in your thoughts and provide an invaluable response through your feelings. Your feelings are your personal communication with God! Feeling comfortable means THAT GOOD FOR YOU.! Bad feelings are feelings that are not of God and to attract your attention so you want to change what you focus on.
Listen to your communication with God who accompanies you every day. You are never alone, never for one moment. God is always with you, at every step, always guide you. But you have to listen.!
